Together,
We Thrive.

WeThrive creates programs, experiences, and opportunities that help young people and families in Delaware thrive.

Who we serve

Every young person deserves a place to belong.

Too many young people have talent, ambition, and big dreams — but not consistent access to mentorship, resources, and opportunity. WeThrive was created to change that.

  • Young people

Ages 6 to 18 across Wilmington and New Castle County — students, athletes, and creators looking for a place to belong.

  • Families

Parents and caregivers who need resources, safe spaces, and a community that shows up.

  • Schools & communities

Educators, neighborhoods, and organizations that want hands-on programming for the young people they serve.

What we do

More than programs. We build pathways.

We bring young people, families, schools, and partners together to create experiences that build confidence, develop real-world skills, and open doors to new possibilities.

  1. Learn.
  2. Create.
  3. Connect.
  4. Compete.
  5. Lead.

Our impact

Real work. Real people. Real opportunity.

We measure impact by the opportunities we create, the relationships we build, and the young people and families we help move forward.
