About WeThrive

Breaking cycles. Building futures.

WeThrive302 Co. is a Delaware-based nonprofit that connects young people and families to experiences, relationships, resources, and opportunities that help them thrive.

Our story

It started with a simple belief.

Too many young people have talent, ambition, and big dreams — but do not have consistent access to the mentorship, resources, safe spaces, and opportunities they need to move forward.

WeThrive302 Co. was created in Wilmington to help change that.

We bring young people, families, schools, organizations, and community partners together to create experiences that build confidence, develop real-world skills, and open doors to new possibilities. Today that looks like design labs in classrooms, free flag football on neighborhood fields, and hot meals in the middle of winter.

Mission

To create safe spaces, meaningful opportunities, and strong community connections where young people and families can learn, grow, and thrive.

Vision

A Delaware where every young person has a place to belong, the tools to imagine a future beyond their circumstances, and the people to help them get there.

Our approach

Learn. Create. Connect. Compete. Lead.

We create spaces where young people can discover their strengths, build real skills, access resources, and see themselves as leaders.

  1. Learn.

Education, career exploration, financial literacy, and real-world skills.

  2. Create.

Design, entrepreneurship, and the experience of turning an idea into something real.

  3. Connect.

Mentors, families, partners, and safe spaces that build belonging.

  4. Compete.

Athletics that teach discipline, teamwork, wellness, and joy.

  5. Lead.

Young people who see themselves as leaders and act like it.
